Prices in USD, excluding VAT where it applies. Every new workspace includes a one-time AI trial. Cancel or change plan at any time.
What is free, exactly?
Every feature: flows and cards, documents, mail, contacts, quotes and the price list, time reporting and expenses — for everyone you invite. AI is the part that costs us money to run, so on Free it is a one-time trial.
What is an AI credit?
Our unit for AI work. An Assistant answer is about 1–2 credits, a translation less than one, a coding step more. You can see what each thing used on the AI page.
How do shared credits work?
On Business plans every person paid for adds credits to one pot for the team. Admins decide who may use which AI and can set allowances per group, so a heavy user cannot use up what everyone else needs.
What if we need more AI one month?
Buy a credit package — from 500 credits for $5. Bought credits never expire and work on every plan, Free included.
Do we pay for everyone in the workspace?
You choose how many people to pay for. Everyone in the workspace keeps every free feature; the people you pay for add credits to the team's pot.
Can we cancel?
At any time, from Plans and billing. You go back to Free and keep all your work.
